Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager is a dynamic and hands-on leader responsible for spearheading the organization's recruitment efforts. Milrem Robotics promotes a remote-first culture and aims to be the first choice for global tech talent!
This role is both hands-on and strategic, involving direct participation in the recruitment of key positions, development of the talent acquisition function in a dynamic scale-up company, and close collaboration with team members (currently 4) to ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and work alongside the talent acquisition team to actively participate in all stages of the recruitment process. Lead by example when it comes to critical hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and implement a robust recruiting strategy emphasising a proactive approach and the development of innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent internationally.
- Innovate and implement talent acquisition strategies including employer branding, social media presence, nurturing talent pools and employee referral programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance recruitment processes.
- Regularly interact with department heads and hiring managers to develop estimations on hiring needs and create tailored recruitment solutions.
- Equally important - be ready to roll up your sleeves and actively recruit key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates across Europe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master’s preferred.
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record in a managerial role involving hands-on recruitment tasks.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management both for technical and non-technical roles.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment practices, including direct sourcing and effective assessment methodologies.
- International recruitment experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships at all levels.
