If you're prepared to embrace a can-do attitude and gain unparalleled experience by working closely with milremees, then we want you! Our paid internship runs from June to August. This year we are targeting interns for our software department, production, project management, platforms, system integration and IT & security. The location of the internship can be either our Tallinn or Tartu office, depending on the team you would be joining.

We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented trainee to join the Milrem Project Office for the summer! This role offers hands-on experience in project management while working with a global team.

You’ll assist in planning, scheduling, and executing project tasks, track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with team members. Additionally, you’ll help maintain project records, update documentation, and support communication with internal teams and external partners.

Strong organizational and communication skills are key, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus. We are accepting two interns in this team.
