Summer Internship

Our Summer Internship Programme 2026 has ended. Applications for our Summer Internship Programme 2027 will open in March-April 2027. Stay tuned and check our careers page for upcoming opportunities!

Milrem's Summer School program started in 2020, where interns' knowledge and experience were applied to develop a working prototype. Beginning in 2024, we transitioned from the Summer School to Milrem's Summer Internship program to provide a more authentic experience of working at Milrem.

This year’s internship season is pretty much a wrap! But before it came to an end, we managed to catch Kristiina and ask her to share a few thoughts about her experience with us.

Every year, we open up to 10 internship positions across teams where students can make a real contribution, solve real-world challenges, and truly feel like part of the team.

We’ll be announcing next year’s internship opportunities in March-April 2027. Until then, hear what Kristiina has to say about her internship experience at Milrem Robotics!

The team is great, the work content is great, the plan is set, and the mentor is in place. I genuinely learned something new every day…

Kevin

I encountered unique tasks and got to solve problems that I probably wouldn't face anywhere else...
