ILS Engineer
We are growing and looking for a dedicated ILS Engineer (Integrated Logistics Support Engineer) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and related data management, playing a key part in ensuring our robotics systems are reliable, maintainable, cost-effective, and operationally available throughout their full life cycle. You will work closely with other engineers and technical experts to support the design and performance of our cutting-edge robotics solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify potential failure points and prevent them.
- Perform RAMT assessments to evaluate system reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability.
- Carry out Reliability-Centered Maintenance Analysis (RCM-A) to define necessary maintenance strategies.
- Develop a Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) to describe required maintenance activities and responsibilities.
- Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Spares Analysis (SPA) to determine repair levels and spare part needs.
- Support Test Equipment Analysis (STEA) to identify tools and equipment for system maintenance and testing.
- Perform Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC-A) to estimate total system costs from acquisition to disposal.
- Manage and generate Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) data to support system sustainment planning.
- Participate in data and configuration management to ensure accurate tracking of system changes and documentation.
- Analyze requirements to ensure contractual and technical obligations are met.
- Help develop ILS plans and related documentation for long-term system support.
- Create manuals, maintenance instructions, and service bulletins for end users and technicians.
You are a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and with technical documentation and data.
- Understanding of reliability, maintainability, and life cycle principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical requirements and system documentation.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Degree in engineering, systems engineering, logistics, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
As a plus:
- Familiarity with concepts as FMECA, RAMT, RCM-A, MTA, LORA, and LCC.
- Understanding of military standards and defense support systems.
