LCM Engineer
Join us as an LCM Engineer in Ukraine—support cutting-edge military tech, solve complex problems on the ground, and ensure reliability where it matters most. Be the face of excellence in the field!
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on engineer to represent our Life Cycle Management (LCM) team in Ukraine. This role is all about keeping our military systems running—because our customers don’t just buy the product, they rely on it every single day. Your job? Make sure it works. Always.
This is not your typical field service gig. You’ll be working with complex electro-mechanical systems, supporting local partners, and making sure our tech can be maintained, repaired, and relied upon—even in the most unpredictable conditions.
What you´ll be doing:
- Act as the first line of technical support for our military systems in Ukraine.
-
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support a growing fleet of high-tech vehicles in the field.
-
Supervise maintenance activities carried out by our local JV partner.
-
Monitor spare part usage and forecast future needs.
-
Support warranty claims and document war damage assessments.
-
Collect real-world data and feed it back into engineering and design teams.
-
Help set up processes and relationships with our Ukrainian maintenance partner.
-
Represent our company and uphold our standards in every technical and customer-facing situation.
What success looks like
- Our systems in Ukraine stay online, functioning, and ready at all times.
- Local partners are confident, trained, and capable—thanks to your presence and support.
- Issues are fixed quickly, and downtime is kept to a minimum.
- We trust the data and documentation coming from the field because it comes from you.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Ukrainian speaker with significant experience living and working in Ukraine.
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or automation engineering.
-
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the service or maintenance of complex machinery (e.g. heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural tech, production lines).
-
A knack for solving complex technical problems under pressure.
-
Strong understanding of both electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- B2 level English—written and spoken.
-
A driving licence (recommended) and a readiness to travel within Ukraine.
- The confidence to work independently and communicate with all levels, from technicians to government partners.
-
Worked abroad, especially in Western countries.
-
Been part of a military, aviation, or highly regulated tech industry.
-
Previously built or supported customer relationships in high-stakes environments.
What we offer:
- Opportunities to implement your thoughts and ideas with a dedicated and innovative team.
- Opportunities for self-development in an ambitious global company with colleagues and leaders who believe in the potential of the high-tech industry.
- Opportunities to contribute to shaping the future of the world.
- Support in-house career steps and sporting options or health insurance, extra free days and leave, work in international teams and flexible working options, etc.
If you're an engineer who thrives in complex environments, knows how to stay calm under pressure, and is ready to be the face of technical excellence in the field, this is your mission.
