Milrem Robotics is looking for a Field Service Representative (FSR) to join our Life Cycle Management (LCM) team, which plays a critical role in customer support and technical service throughout the entire lifecycle of our robotic systems.

In this role, you won’t just fix machines—you’ll represent Milrem on the front lines, supporting missions, conducting maintenance, offering real-time solutions, and ensuring that our technology continues to operate at its best in the most demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Repair, maintain, and upgrade robotic systems at customer locations and in our Estonian workshop.

• Support the configuration and integration of both hardware and software.

• Troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.

• Offer valuable feedback to engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and system uptime.
  

Key Requirements

• Previous work experience of at least 2 years in the field of mechanical engineering/repair or as an electrical technician.

• Electrician skills are mandatory– experience with automotive DC voltage systems.

• Ability to read cable harness drawings and electrical diagrams.

• Vocational education in the field of automotive technician, mechanic, diagnostics or electrician/electronics; or higher technical education.

• Willingness and capability to tackle the most complex field issues independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – this is a customer-facing role.

• Initiative and problem-solving mindset – you find answers, not excuses.

• Out-of-the-box thinking – you bring creative ideas and are eager to improve how things work.
