Production Planner
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team and ensure the smooth and efficient execution of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, coordinating material and resource availability, and ensuring the timely delivery of products according to customer and project requirements.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, LCM and production, to align planning activities with business objectives and project timelines.
We are in a phase of expansion and are looking for a person who wants to contribute to shaping the work environment and act as a strategic advisor to their manager and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan production schedules, including workforce and workcenter planning, based on demand, inventory, and capacity;
- Create and update manufacturing orders in the ERP system to ensure accurate material planning and timing;
- Maintain and regularly update mid- and long-term production plans;
- Monitor production progress and adjust plans to respond to delays, changes, or disruptions;
- Track key performance indicators and report on production planning accuracy and execution;
- Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure alignment between material availability and production schedules;
- Identify and support process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy.
Requirements:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Production Planner;
- Experience with ERP systems (Monitor is an advantage) and excellent in Excel;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Technical background or experience in the manufacturing or defence industry is an advantage;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

NB! The position is based in Tallinn, Estonia. Please note that relocation support is not provided for this role.
