Step into the role of Production Engineer with us and play a key part in shaping the future of unmanned ground vehicles. In this role, you’ll be working on new designs, improving production processes, and supporting cross-functional teams. Your input will directly influence the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our mission-critical products.

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing technical specifications for production and procurement.

• Improving existing products and refining production processes.

• Participating in design reviews and giving production-focused input.

• Developing, updating, and managing manuals and technical documentation.

• Designing and coordinating the production of tools and fixtures.

• Identifying production bottlenecks and helping solve them together with engineering and the supply chain.

• Inputting and updating data in the ERP system and supporting short-term planning.

• Monitoring production efficiency and contributing to long-term planning.

You are a good fit if you have the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in production or process engineering.

• Experience in a manufacturing company with its own product (not only subcontracting).

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Monitor is preferred)

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, fabrication, assembly).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

• Fluent in Estonian and English (or willing to learn Estonian over time).

• Bonus: background in electronics, automation, or robotics.
