Spare Parts & Operations Support Specialist

Milrem Robotics is looking for a SPARE PARTS & OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST who sees forward planning and timely ordering of components as essential to keeping our robotic systems running at peak performance.

If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to ensure that every part is ready when it’s needed - you should be in our team.

What you´ll be doing:

  • Ensuring spares availability and overseeing inventory management.
  • Handling material requests for internal and external customers (quotes and invoice management in ERP system).
  • Collaborating with suppliers, customers, and engineers.
  • Managing the configuration and lifecycle management (ERP).
  • Handling the component warranty.
  • Planning for end-of-life component alternative solutions (retrofit topics to existing fleet).
  • Implementing interactive online spare parts ordering system.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous work experience of at least 5 years in the field of automotive or defense industry
    spares handling.
  • Previous experience with the following software: Monitor ERP (or similar ERP system), SolidWorks composer.
  • Higher education in the field of mechanical engineering, supply chain management or similar.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings.
  • Analytical and technical mindset.
  • Stress tolerance and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and decisiveness.
  • English C1.
