We are looking for a warm, caring, and people-centred-focused HEAD OF PEOPLE & CULTURE who is genuinely passionate about supporting both managers and teams, building trust, and nurturing a healthy company culture.
Position Overview:
As the Head of People & Culture at Milrem Robotics, your main focus is to ensure that our people feel safe, trusted, and empowered. You will also lead a team of HR professionals and help them grow and succeed.
Instead of simply driving HR processes, you will be a culture champion and trusted partner for employees and managers at all levels, ensuring that our values are lived every day, not just written down. Your leadership style should be human-centered: focused on relationships, development, and meaningful conversations.
What you´ll be doing:
HR Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our business goals, growth and efficiency, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee commitment and engagement, while managing within budget constraints.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with top management, stakeholders, and team to align HR strategies with the company's overall vision and objectives.
Culture: Lead the strengthening of our company culture to ensure it aligns with our values and business goals.
Performance Management: Develop and implement a performance management system and culture to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
Operational Tasks: Oversee operational HR tasks, including keeping the company's total reward system and policies, recruitment process, employer branding activities, compliance and policies management, training and development programs system up to date.
HR administration: which includes formalization of employment contracts, vacation management, regular health checks and benefits management.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the HR budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across all HR initiatives.
What we´re looking for:
5+ years of professional experience in HR management in mid- or large-sized international companies.
3+ years in a leadership role and demonstrated experience to lead and mentor HR professionals.
Experience in a fast-growing technology company with a multi-cultural environment.
Has experience in implementation of performance management.
Leads with warmth, empathy, and genuine care for others.
Has excellent listening and communication skills — someone people naturally trust.
Proven track record in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
Excellent knowledge of HR legislation, regulations, and budget management.
Higher education (preferred in HR or business administration).
Fluent in Estonian and English.
