Product Manager
At Milrem Robotics, we don’t build products for the shelf - we deliver operational solutions deployed in real missions. Our robotic systems support major defence programs across 20+ countries, including 9 NATO members.
We are looking for a senior Product Manager to own and lead our Autonomous & Robotic Control Suite (ARCOS).
The suite enables a fully-fledged infantry robotic unit, from deployment and operation to scaling up a fleet of networked unmanned and autonomous ground vehicles in response of the most pressing challenges of the modern battlefield
As the leader of the product team, you are the voice of the customer and a driving force making informed decisions to ensure the commercial success of your product line while managing risks and regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
Product vision & requirements: Together with the product lead engineer, define and maintain a long-term competitive product fit and vision, along with the associated operational requirements. Ensure that these are aligned with customer needs, sales objectives, and business strategy.
Product roadmap & development: Together with the product release manager, own and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring value-driven development and on-time delivery of projects, while also ensuring monetization and providing clear progress reports and alignment with the company's overall portfolio.
Product configuration & lifecycle: Together with the LCM and Configuration manager, act as the guardian of a product's integrity from conception to retirement ensuring that product data, variants, and configurations are accurate, consistent, and traceable throughout their entire lifespan.
Data-driven decisions: Make informed product decisions based on data, user needs, and market insights; define and track KPIs to measure success.
Business mindset: Build and manage business cases, secure budgets, and ensure investments meet company strategic and business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in product management in the Defense industry.
Technical and business (valorisation, monetisation, and procurement) experience with systems and products that combine hardware and software in the Defence industry.
Experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, and sales to support the full product lifecycle.
Experience in linking product strategy with overarching business objectives.
Understanding of operational and business value around products in the robotic and autonomous systems.
A military background or experience is a plus.
Strong leadership and people skills with a teamwork orientation.
Very good English skills.
