Milrem Summer Internship - IT Service Desk
Gain hands-on experience in IT support while helping colleagues solve technical issues and working with Mac, Windows and Ubuntu in a professional engineering environment.

Milrem Robotics is looking for motivated students to join our Summer Internship Programme. This paid internship runs for one month during the summer months from June to August and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and specialists on real projects.
This year, we are welcoming interns across several teams, including IT Service Desk, Autonomy, Middleware, Mobility Core, Emerging Platforms and Production.
About the Team
The IT Service Desk team is part of the IT Operations department. Our daily work focuses on ensuring employees can work efficiently by resolving technical issues and providing practical solutions to a wide range of IT requests.
Our day-to-day tasks include providing computer-related support, consultations and installations, as well as working on project-based assignments. These may involve implementing new hardware or introducing new IT solutions across the company.
Your Internship Project
In this role, you will assist with preparing for IT hardware replacement by conducting inventory, creating replacement plans and ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
You will also provide daily IT support by helping colleagues troubleshoot technical issues, resolve software problems and share your knowledge. In addition, you will perform software updates and contribute to various IT projects.

The selection process will take place in three stages:
• Your written submission will be reviewed to create the initial longlist of applicants
• Selected candidates will be invited to complete a short take-home task
• Face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates will take place on 24 April
