Milrem Summer Internship - Autonomy
Help develop autonomous capabilities for robotic vehicles while gaining hands-on experience with robotics software, ROS, Python and C++ in real autonomy development projects.

Milrem Robotics is looking for motivated students to join our Summer Internship Programme. This paid internship runs for one month during the summer months from June to August and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and specialists on real projects.
This year, we are welcoming interns across several teams, including IT, Autonomy, Middleware, Mobility Core, Emerging Platforms and Production. Depending on the team, the internship will take place in Tallinn or Tartu.
About the Team
The Autonomy team develops autonomous capabilities for manned and unmanned ground vehicles. Our work focuses on enabling vehicles to operate more independently while reducing the cognitive load on drivers and operators.
Your Internship Project
During the internship, you will work on a focused project, which, where possible, is aligned with your studies and interests, that contributes to the team’s work.
You may be involved in:
Contributing to the development of autonomous driving capabilities
Supporting the development and testing of autonomy features
Assisting with software development related to robotic navigation and control
This internship will give you hands-on experience and real insight into the development of autonomous unmanned ground vehicles.

We are looking for students who:
Are studying Computer Engineering or a related field
Are interested in robotics, engineering or technology
Are curious, proactive and eager to learn
Are comfortable working in a team environment
Bonus if you have experience with the ROS framework, Python or C++.

Interviews will take place, preferably in person in Tallinn, during the weeks commencing 20 April and 27 April. Selection for interviews is based on the submitted application.
