Milrem Robotics Summer Internship – Project Management Department
Design the future of robotics this summer.
Milrem Robotics is looking for motivated students to join our Summer Internship Programme. This paid internship runs for one month during the summer months from June to August and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and specialists on real projects.
This year, we are welcoming interns across several teams, including IT, Autonomy, Middleware, Mobility Core, Emerging Platforms, Production and Project Management. This position will be based in Tallinn.
About the Team
The Project Management Department leads key development and delivery projects across the organisation. Project managers drive projects from planning to execution, balancing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery. Within this internship, the focus will be on EU and R&D projects.
Your Internship Project
During the internship, you will work on focused tasks that contribute to the successful management of EU and R&D projects.
• Contributing to project planning and execution activities
• Preparing project documentation and reports
• Monitoring project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinating communication and follow-up across teams and stakeholders
This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience and real insight into project management in an international high-technology environment.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for students who are:
Studying project management, business administration, engineering, economics, international relations, or a related field
• Interested in project management
• Very strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to work with documents and structured information in both Estonian and English
Bonus if you have previous experience with EU funding, grant management, or preparing public funding applications at the national or EU level.

Interviews will take place, preferably in person in Tallinn, during the weeks commencing 20 April and 27 April. Selection for interviews is based on the submitted application.
