This is a key leadership role for someone who can bring together technology, business understanding, and stakeholder management. You will also play a central role in leading Milrem’s journey towards ISO 27001 certification, embedding strong information security, governance, and risk management practices across the organisation.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Define and execute a business-aligned IT and digital transformation strategy that supports growth, innovation, and operational efficiency;

• Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure IT priorities support business goals;

• Strengthen collaboration between IT and the wider organisation, positioning IT as a trusted business partner;

• Lead the development of a secure, resilient, and scalable IT environment across infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and service management;

• Drive progress towards ISO 27001 certification and improve governance, compliance, and risk management practices;

• Develop and lead a high-performing IT team with strong ownership and delivery capability;

• Establish and continuously improve IT processes and ways of working to ensure clarity, efficiency, and scalability across the organisation;

• Ensure reliable IT services across a multi-site organization;

• Manage IT budgeting, vendor relationships, and technology investments;

• Provide leadership during critical IT incidents and ensure effective response capabilities.

You are a good fit if you have:

• Proven senior leadership experience (e.g. CIO, Head of IT, IT Director, Head of Infrastructure, Head of DevOps);

• Strong track record of aligning IT strategy with business outcomes in growing, complex, regulated, or technology-driven environments;
