Your goal is to make sure we have the right information at the right time to identify deviations and risks early and make informed project decisions.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES WILL INCLUDE:

• Partnering with Project and Program Managers on project budgets, forecasts and financial performance;

• Maintaining project financial baselines and analyzing deviations in cost, revenue, margin and cash flow;

• Identifying project financial risks and assessing the financial impact of changes, while providing clear insights and recommendations;

• Developing standardized project financial reporting, KPIs and portfolio-level visibility;

• Improving project controlling processes, templates and forecasting practices;

• Working with Finance, project teams and IT/Data stakeholders to improve data quality, dashboards and automation.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project controlling, financial controlling, management accounting, financial analysis, audit or a similar role;

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost management and financial analysis;

• Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and how financial data flows through an organization;

• Experience working with complex projects, preferably in an engineering, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure or other project-based environment;

• Strong Excel and ERP systems skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is an advantage;

• Excellent analytical skills and a systematic approach to working with data;

• A proactive and hands-on approach – you are comfortable diving into details, identifying issues and constructively challenging assumptions;

• Strong collaboration and communication skills;

• Excellent English.
