This summer, we are excited to welcome 11 exceptional interns to Milrem Robotics, selected from a competitive pool of over 330 talented applicants.

As they will join different teams across the company, we brought the group together for a dedicated onboarding day to connect, share experiences, and begin their journey as part of the Milrem team. With some already in their respective departments and others joining soon, we are committed to ensuring each intern feels welcomed and fully engaged from day one.

At Milrem, we believe in the power of young talent. Our internship programme is not just a learning opportunity, it’s a platform for mutual growth and meaningful contributions to the future.

Originally launched in 2020, our Summer School programme saw interns leverage their knowledge and skills to develop a working prototype. In 2024, the initiative evolved into the Milrem Summer Internship programme, offering participants a more authentic experience of working at Milrem.

We look forward to an inspiring and productive summer, filled with learning, collaboration, and lasting memories.
