We are excited to share another Milremee - featuring one of our Team Leads in the Project Management Department – Raul Roots.

Raul has been with Milrem for 3.5 years, and in his role, he oversees complex projects, ensuring their successful execution while leading his team to achieve our strategic goals. "Working in this environment has helped me develop skills like organization, negotiation, and teamwork, which I also apply in my personal life," he shares.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Raul is an active triathlete and also dedicates his time to managing the Milrem Sports Club🏃, ensuring that we stay active and engaged as a team. "This is something I’m passionate about because it allows me to build a sense of community, promote physical and mental well-being, and create an environment where people can come together, challenge themselves, and achieve goals collectively. Running the sports club gives me the opportunity to support others in their personal development and contribute to something that unites people," Raul adds.
